Section 6: REFUND POLICY & PROCEDURE


You have 48 hours from the time you get your item to request a return, according to Loccx's 48-hour refund policy.


Your item must be in the same condition you received it, together with the original packing, to be eligible for a return. You'll also need your order number and the screenshot of your order.


You can get in touch with us at loc-cx@outlook.com to begin a return. From the delivery address specified in the order details, Loccx will organize a pickup.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and a delivery person will contact you to arrange the pickup. 

Similarly, if the products are defective or not in excellent shape, they won't be eligible for a refund.

Section 7: SHIPPING POLICY


You can find our Shipping policy mentioned below:

We have Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000. We are currently shipping in Pakistan only. Orders less than Rs/-1000 are not processed. Loccx takes 3-5 business days to deliver. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will have a tracking number for the order in email.
