Refund policy

Loccx gives you a 48 hours Refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return/refund without the need to provide any evidence of the physical flaw of the product.

-Please note that this policy does not apply to on-sale/discounted purchase


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the screenshot of your order and your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@loccx.com. Loccx will arrange a pickup from the delivery address given in the order details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and a delivery person will contact you to arrange the pickup. Items sent back to us that are damaged after use will not be accepted for refunds.

In order to receive a refund for your purchase, please ensure that all packaging items are returned along with the product. This includes the following items:

  1. Travel Pouch: The product should be returned in its original travel pouch, if provided.

  2. Product Information and Product Care Cards: Please make sure to include any product information and product care cards that were included with the original packaging.

  3. Cardboard Box: The cardboard box in which the product was originally packaged should be returned as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale Items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be contacted at the contact number given in your order details to arrange the refund through online payment options. Then you will receive your refund automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
